treat our online customers and visitors with the same respect
and care we've treated all our customers for the more than
10 years we've been in business. We do not sell or rent our
customers' mailing addresses, email addresses or any information
gathered in order to process our customers' orders and catalog
requests.

occasionally send email notifying our customers of new items
and other changes to our online catalog. We do not
share this email list with any other companies or organizations.
If you wish to be removed from this list at any time, just
let us know by updating your account preferences.
Orders
All online orders are placed through our secure server, using secure
socket layer (SSL) technology to automatically encrypt the information,
keeping your order private and protected. Your order, once received,
is treated with the same confidentiality and care we treat all our
customer orders and inquiries. If you are not sure if your browser
is SSL-compliant, we do offer offline alternative methods of payment
for online orders.
Telephone Numbers
We
ask for phone numbers in case we have a question concerning your
account or order and cannot reach you by email. We request a ship
to phone number when you order because some carriers we use, especially
for expedited and foreign shipments, require a phone number at the
ship to address. We do not sell or rent our customer's phone numbers,
nor do we call unless there is a problem we cannot resolve without
calling.
