As always, we stand behind our goods. Any item found unsatisfactory on inspection should be returned in unused condition within 30 days for replacement or refund. Special orders may be returned only if defective or not as specified.


For Your Assistance in Ordering from Classic Country Comforts
Orders can be placed online, by telephone, fax or mail. We ship promptly from our office and warehouse facility in Spokane, Washington. Goods are normally shipped within one business day of receiving your order. If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will inform you of the expected delay.

Hours
Our hours are 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Pacific Time, Monday through Friday. We are closed major holidays. We can be reached by email at cservice@classiccountrycomforts.com.

Fax Orders
Our fax is available to take your orders 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Please use our offline order worksheet and retain it as your record. The fax number is1-509-228-9971 .

Payment
Payment can be by MasterCard, Visa, Discover Card, check or money order (in U.S. funds). If paying by credit card, please ensure that your credit card billing address is entered correctly. Billing address errors can prevent us from obtaining authorization and hence can delay your order. Fax and telephone orders must be paid by credit card. If you are ordering by fax or mail and charge to a credit card, please sign the order form where indicated and enter your complete card number and expiration date.

Sales Tax
Purchases sent to any address within the State of Washington must include State Sales Tax of 8.5%. Sales tax is not required for purchases sent to other states, Canada or abroad.


Handling Charge
There is NO Handling Charge at this time. Our shandard shipping charge covers all shipping costs.


Standard Delivery Within the United States
Most orders will be received within 3 to 7 days of placing the order. We ship by USPS Priority Mail and UPS. All orders to Hawaii and Alaska are shipped by Priority Mail. For more information please see our Expected Delivery Times page.

Expedited Shipments
Most customers find our normal delivery is prompt and cost effective. We do offer expedited delivery of in stock items for those customers requiring delivery within 1, 2, or 3 business days. This service is available only within the continental U.S. and is not available to APO/FPO addresses, P.O. Boxes and some rural areas. For an additional shipping charge of approximately $14.00, we will ship in-stock items within the U.S. by Second Day Air (2 business days). Overnight Air shipment (1 business day) is available within the U.S. for an additional shipping charge of approximately $26.00. Please place your order by 11:00 a.m. Pacific Time so that we may ship your order the same day. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday. Delivery will be one (Overnight Air) or two (Second Day Air) business days later.

Foreign Shipments
Shipments to foreign countries (including Canada) are charged our normal handling of $7.00 plus the actual shipping and insurance costs. The exact shipping costs will be billed to your credit card at the time of shipment. For approximate shipping costs please refer to our Shipping Information. Allow 1 to 3 weeks for delivery. Duties and taxes will be collected at the time of delivery if required. Payment for foreign shipments must be by credit card or money order in U.S. funds. We are able to accept only credit card payments meeting strict fraud protection criteria. If we cannot accept a card we will inform you promptly and indicate the total payment required by money order in U.S. funds.


Shipping Address
In most cases, we can serve you best by shipping by United Parcel Service or USPS Gobal Express. Please be sure to provide a street address for delivery. Expedited and Foreign shipments should also include a phone number at the shipping address. If the shipping address is different from the address at which you would like to receive our catalog, please provide both addresses.


Gifts
For your convenience, any items purchased as gifts will at your request be sent directly to your friends. We suggest you indicate a short gift message to be included with the gift. Please include the basic handling charge for each separate address. If ordering online, you will be given an opportunity to enter a gift ship to address and gift message during the checkout process.
