We ship promptly from our warehouse facilities in Seattle, Washington and Saint Augustine, Flordia. Most of our items are in stock and are usually shipped within one or two business days of us receiving your order, right through the holiday season. We ship items Monday through Friday. If an item is temporarily out of stock we will inform you of the expected delay. However, we encourage you to order early to ensure that your selections arrive in time for your festivities. To ensure delivery by Christmas (Monday, December 25, 2006), of in-stock items, we ask that your orders be placed by the following dates:

Order by December 15th to ensure delivery by Christmas with STANDARD DELIVERY

Order by December 20st to ensure delivery by Christmas with 2 DAY AIR

Order by December 21nd to ensure delivery by Christmas with NEXT DAY AIR

We will do our best to fill last minute orders on a first come, first served basis.

Expected delivery times

Please note
* Business days are Monday through Friday (except major holidays) for both expedited shipment and expedited delivery.
* Most customers find our normal delivery is prompt and cost effect.
* Additional time should be allowed over holidays: Holiday Delivery Times
* Normal delivery to some rural areas may take longer.
* Errors and discrepancies in billing addresses and order information can increase the order processing time.

Standard Delivery within the U.S.
Standard delivery within the United States is covered by our handling charge of $7.00 on all orders. We ship by USPS Priority Mail, FedEx and UPS. All orders to Hawaii and Alaska are shipped by Priority Mail. Most customers find our standard delivery is prompt and cost effective, with most orders received within 3 to 7 days of us receiving your order.

2nd Day Air Expedited Shipments
For an additional shipping charge of approximately $14.00, we will ship in-stock items within the U.S. by Second Day Air (2 business days). This service is available only within the continental U.S. and is not available to APO/FPO addresses, P.O. Boxes and some rural areas. Please place your order by 11:00 a.m. Pacific Time so that we may ship your order the same day. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday. Delivery will be two business days later.


Overnight Air Expedited Shipments
For an additional shipping charge of approximately $26.00, we will ship in-stock items within the U.S. by Overnight Air (1 business day). This service is available only within the continental U.S. and is not available to APO/FPO addresses, P.O. Boxes and some rural areas. Please place your order by 11:00 a.m. Pacific Time so that we may ship your order the same day. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday. Delivery will be one business day later.


Foreign Shipments
Shipments to foreign countries (including Canada) are charged our normal handling of $7.00 plus the actual shipping and insurance costs. The exact shipping costs will be billed to your credit card at the time of shipment. Allow 1 to 3 weeks for delivery to most countries. Duties and taxes will be collected at the time of delivery if required. Payment for foreign shipments must be by credit card or money order in U.S. funds.
